We are here to help

Getting in touch should be the easy part of looking after your teeth. Whether you want to book a routine check-up, ask about a treatment, arrange a consultation with Dr. Rubinder Singh or get help with a painful tooth, our team will listen and guide you to the right next step.

You will find us at Building No 46, Model Town, Rani Ka Bagh, near Mata Mandir, Amritsar, Punjab 143001. The clinic is open Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM and 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM. We are closed on Sundays, and booking ahead is always preferred.

Our phone and WhatsApp line, +91 81464 51500, is a 24x7 helpline, so you can reach us outside clinic hours too. If you prefer to write, email doctor@worlddentalcare.com or use the appointment form below, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

When you get in touch, it helps to tell us briefly what is troubling you, how long it has been going on and whether you are in pain. This lets us offer the right kind of appointment, whether that is a quick check, a full consultation or an urgent visit.

Many people put off contacting a dentist because they feel nervous or embarrassed. Please do not let that stop you. We never judge; we simply want to help you feel comfortable and well informed.

How it works

How to book an appointment

Choose whichever way suits you best. Every route leads to the same friendly team and the same careful care.

What to bring to your first visit

A little preparation helps us understand your needs quickly and make the most of your appointment. Do not worry if you cannot find everything.

  • Previous dental recordsAny X-rays, scans, reports or treatment notes from earlier dentists, whether printed or on your phone. Older records still help us see how things have changed.
  • Your medical historyA note of any health conditions, past operations, allergies or pregnancy, as these can affect dental treatment.
  • A list of your current medicinesInclude everything you take regularly, including supplements. Your dentist needs this to plan safe care.
  • Your questions and concernsWrite down what has been bothering you and anything you want to ask, so nothing is forgotten on the day.
  • Your glasses or hearing aidsIf you use them, bring them along so you can read forms and follow every part of the conversation comfortably.
  • Photo identificationUseful for registration, and especially helpful for international patients.
  • A little extra timeArrive a few minutes early so registration is calm and unhurried.

Dental emergencies

Dental problems do not always happen at convenient times. Severe toothache, swelling of the face or gums, a knocked-out or broken tooth, a lost crown or bleeding after an extraction all deserve prompt attention. If you are in pain or worried, call or WhatsApp our 24x7 helpline on +91 81464 51500 and we will advise you on what to do next.

If a permanent tooth has been knocked out, hold it by the crown rather than the root, keep it moist (in milk or inside your cheek if safe to do so) and contact us straight away. Time matters in these situations, so please do not wait until the next day.

While you wait to be seen, rinse gently with warm salt water, use a cold compress on the outside of your cheek for swelling, and avoid chewing on the painful side. If you are thinking of taking any medicine for pain, check first with a pharmacist or doctor. These steps can ease discomfort, but they do not replace a proper dental examination.

Some situations need hospital emergency care rather than a dental clinic. If you have swelling that is spreading quickly, difficulty breathing or swallowing, a high fever with facial swelling, uncontrolled bleeding or an injury to the jaw or head, please go to your nearest hospital emergency department at once.

International patients: planning your trip

We have welcomed thousands of international patients over the years. A little planning before you travel makes your visit to Amritsar smoother and more relaxed.

Share your details early

Send recent X-rays, photos and a short description of your concerns on WhatsApp or by email. This helps us give you an initial idea of the likely treatment before you book travel. Our team can also tell you which records are most useful for your case.

Plan enough time

Some treatments, such as implants, need healing time between stages. We will suggest a realistic schedule so you can plan your stay, and advise if a second trip may be needed. Leaving a little flexibility in your travel dates is usually wise.

Understand your costs

Many international patients save 60 to 80 percent compared with typical Western prices. You will receive an itemised written estimate before treatment begins. Your dentist will explain what is included so you can compare options with confidence.

Ask us about logistics

If you have questions about getting to the clinic or arranging appointments around your trip, call or WhatsApp us and we'll guide you. We are happy to answer questions before, during and after your stay.

FAQ

Contact and booking questions

Straight answers to what patients ask us most. Still unsure? Send us a message.

Ask on WhatsApp
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 2 PM and 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM. The clinic is closed on Sundays, and we recommend booking ahead. Our phone and WhatsApp helpline is available 24x7. If you have a busy working week, ask us about times that suit you.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
We recommend booking ahead so a dentist is free to see you without a long wait. If you are in pain, call or WhatsApp us first and we will try to see you as soon as possible. Booking ahead also lets us set aside the right amount of time for your concern.
How quickly will you reply to my form or message?
Our team aims to respond promptly. After you submit the appointment form, we will call you back to confirm a convenient time. If your problem is urgent, calling the helpline directly is the fastest option.
Can I book a consultation with Dr. Rubinder Singh?
Yes. Mention this when you call, message or fill in the form, along with the treatment you are interested in, and our team will arrange a suitable time. Dr. Rubinder Singh focuses on implantology and cosmetic smile design, and our wider team includes specialists in root canal treatment and orthodontics.
Where exactly is the clinic?
We are at Building No 46, Model Town, Rani Ka Bagh, Amritsar, Punjab 143001. You can use the map on this page for directions, or call or WhatsApp us and we'll guide you. If you are coming from outside the city, let us know and we can help you plan the timing of your visit.
Will I know the cost before treatment starts?
Yes. After your examination, your dentist will explain your options and you will receive an itemised written estimate before any treatment begins. You are welcome to take time to decide. Prices depend on your individual needs, so we cannot quote exact figures before an examination.
What should I do if I have a dental emergency at night?
Call or WhatsApp our 24x7 helpline for advice. If you have rapidly spreading swelling, difficulty breathing or swallowing, or heavy bleeding that will not stop, go to the nearest hospital emergency department straight away. For a knocked-out tooth, keep it moist and contact us immediately.
Can I send my X-rays before I visit?
Yes. You can share X-rays, reports or photos on WhatsApp or by email. This is especially helpful for international patients who want an initial idea of their treatment before travelling. Please include your name and a short note about your concern so we can match the files to your enquiry.
